Get Caravan Ready sells digital guides, checklists, calculators and worksheets. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
How delivery works
After a completed purchase, the download is made available through the digital-delivery process described at checkout and in the order email. Free resources are delivered through their sign-up page. Delivery is normally immediate, but email providers and security checks can occasionally cause a short delay.
If the download does not arrive
- Check the email address used at checkout or sign-up.
- Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Allow a short time for payment or email processing.
- Contact info@getcaravanready.com.au with the product name and order details so access can be checked.
No delivery charge
There is no postage or physical shipping charge for products described as digital downloads.
