Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my files after buying?
Everything is delivered as an instant digital download — you'll get access straight from your order confirmation. Nothing is shipped, so there's no wait.
What if a file is missing or won't open?
Email info@getcaravanready.com.au with your order details and we'll restore access, replace or correct the file.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because this is a digital product you can access immediately, we don't generally offer change-of-mind refunds — but if anything is faulty, missing or materially different from the description, we'll make it right. Full details are on our refund policy page.
Is this specific to Australia?
Yes — every guide, checklist and calculator in this pack is built around Australian conditions, terminology and requirements.
Do I need special software?
PDFs open in any PDF reader. Editable Word and Excel tools work best in Microsoft Word/Excel — most also work in free alternatives like Google Docs/Sheets, though protected cells, dropdowns or charts may display slightly differently.
Built from real experience. Anthony has owned three caravans since 2013, completed a half-lap of Australia, travelled extensively through Western Australia and lived in a caravan for two years.
